A service providing applicants with an approval to export economically valuable non-hazardous waste identified in Ministerial Decision no. 15/2021 on Regulation for the Export of Waste, and its appendices.

o To adhere to the following:
o Royal Decree no. 114/2001 issuing the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution
o Ministerial Decision no. 17/93 issuing the Regulations for the Management of Non-Hazardous Solid Waste
o Royal Decree no. 115/2001 issuing the Law on Protection of Potable Water Sources from Pollution

o Amending some provisions of the waste export regulations
o The technical specifications of licenses issued by the Environment Authority
o If the waste is classified as hazardous under the Basel Convention and listed in the annex to the Regulations no.(15/2021), the notification document and all its annexes must be submitted
