License to register exempt radioactive sources

Radiation Protection Department

- A service granted for the purpose of registering exempt radioactive sources.

1- submission of application electronically via the customs statement system, attaching all required documents.

2- application submission electronically through the Authority’s electronic system, attaching all required documents.

3- Application examination and evaluation.

4- Approval of the application.

5- Receiving the license.

A letter supporting the request.
A copy of the organization’s commercial register.
- Certificate of affiliation to the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Radioactive source certificate.
Catalog of radiation generators.
A letter pledging to recover the radioactive source in the event of a sealed radioactive source.
