A service providing applicants with the environmental permit required to undertake a specific activity, after verifying its environmental compliance, in PEIE industrial estates, and approved free zones and industrial ports.
1- Application submitted electronically on Invest Easy portal
2- Submitting acknowledgment and undertaking to comply with environmental requirements
3- Electronic payment of permit fees
4- Receipt of permit
5- Information verified by the concerned department at the Environment Authority
6- Contacting the applicant for inquiries or request for additional information.

- Ministerial Decision no. 48/2017 setting the Regulations for Issuing Environmental Permits
- The technical specifications of permits issued by the Environment Authority

- Environmental permit
- Title deed or Lease contract and cadastral sketch
- A copy of the approval issued by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) where the project is to be established thereon
