- Ministerial Decision no. 48/2017 setting the Regulations for the Issuance of Environmental Permits
- The technical specifications of permits issued by the Environment Authority

Thirty (30) working days, subject to providing all required documents
Renewable three (3) years
- Environmental permit
- Title deed or lease contract and plot/ cadastral sketch
- For industrial projects, the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion identifying the annual production capacity
