A service providing applicants with a license to dump solid materials in the marine environment as per London Convention classification
1- Application submitted electronically on the Environment Authority’s website with all required documents
2- Application consideration and evaluation
3- Electronic payment of licensing fees
4- Receipt of license
o To adhere to the following
- Royal Decree no. 114/2001 issuing the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution
- Royal Decree no. 26/81 ratifying The Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter (The 96 Protocol)
- Ministerial Decision no. 39/2004 issuing the Regulations for Permit to Dump Solid Materials into the Marine Environment
- The technical specifications of permits issued by the Environment Authority

The Environment Authority’s website
o Documents and maps that show the depth of water as well as latitudes and longitudes of the proposed dumping area
o Marine environment impact study for the proposed dumping area and the project's expected environmental impact
o List of type and quantity of the solid materials to be dumped
License to dump solid materials in marine environment
A renewable three (3) months
Ten (10) working days, subject to submission of all required documents and meeting all requirements
o Less than 50 thousand tons: Two hundred (200) baisas/ton
o More than 50 thousand tons: One hundred (200) baisas/ton
