License to Re-Export Radioactive Substances

A service providing applicants with a license to re-export radioactive substances used for commercial/industrial/medical purposes. to their manufacturer for disposal.
1- Application submitted electronically on Bayan with all required documents
2- Electronic payment
o To adhere to the following:
o Royal Decree no. 114/2001 issuing the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution
o The technical specifications of licenses issued by the Environment Authority
o Regulations for the Control and Management of Radioactive Substances issued by Ministerial Decision no. (249/97), and its amendments by Ministerial Decision no. (281/2003)
o-Instructions for firefighting and security of hazardous radiation sources must be adhered to
o Ministerial Decision no. (21/99), and its amendments by Ministerial Decision no. (81/2002), Imposing Fees on Licenses to Import, Transfer, Store and Use Radioactive Substances
o Additional conditions:
To have a valid “license to use” issued by the Environment Authority

License to re-export radioactive substances
Forty-five (45) working days or upon expiry of the license to use and store radioactive substances (less than 45 days)
Application processed within twenty-dour (24) hours
o Copy of the vehicle license authorized by the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority
o License to use radioactive substances
