License to Use a Radioactive Substances Storage Facility

A service granted for the purpose of radiological practices of possession and use of radioactive sources.

1- Submission of the application electronically through the Authority’s website, attaching all required documents.

2- Application examination and evaluation.

3- Field visit.

4- Approval of the application

5- Electronic payment of license fees

6- Receiving the license.

Technical requirements for licenses issued by the Authority.

A copy of the security and safety license for storage issued by the Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority.
A copy of the land ownership and the cadastral mapping on which the storage facility is located.
The lease contract in the event that the user does not own the plot of land.
The employment contract between the user and the owner of the storage facility.
Pictures of the storage facility from all sides showing the presence of warning signs about the presence of radioactive sources and a list of emergency numbers, as well as pictures showing the presence of an electricity connection.

A copy of the previous license in case of requesting a renewal of the license.
